🫀 July 20 | 6–8 PM | Virtual HeartMath Workshop Many of you have had the pleasure of experiencing Lori Ives-Godwin during our retreats and workshops — and now you’ll get the opportunity to join her virtually! Open to Survivors, Thrivers, and Co-Survivors! Whether you’re looking for a refresher or experiencing HeartMath for the very first time, this powerful session will explore techniques that help reduce stress, regulate emotions, and reconnect the mind and heart.

🧠 August 15 | Change Your Mind… Create New Results Workshop This transformational workshop is designed to help Survivors and Thrivers understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, habits, and healing. Participants will walk away with practical tools to release fear, exhaustion, and limiting patterns while creating healthier, more empowered results in daily life.✨ We are especially excited to announce that this experience will be offered in BOTH English and Spanish!We will have two dedicated spaces, creating an inclusive and powerful day of healing and growth.
