Vision Board Workshop: Calling In the Year Ahead

Following our grounding Qi Gong practice, participants will move into a guided Vision Board experience designed to help clarify intentions and bring future goals into focus. Vision boards work powerfully alongside practices like Qi Gong by engaging the nervous system, directing energy with purpose, and helping imprint clear intentions into the subconscious—allowing the whole being to begin moving toward what is being called in.

This workshop blends creativity with mindfulness, inviting participants to reflect on what they want more of in the coming season and visually anchor those desires through imagery, words, and symbols. Participants will be guided through intention-setting, visualization, and gentle reflection as they create a personal vision board aligned with their values and inner wisdom.
