This positive and insightful session will facilitate an opportunity to explore and reflect on your life and healing process through creative writing, bibliotherapy and expressive art techniques. No previous writing experience is necessary. What is Transformative Writing? Transformative writing is a form of guided self-help that promotes growth and healing through language, symbol and story. Also known as bibliotherapy or writing therapy, it is a holistic approach that respects the various links of wellness, with its attentiveness to body, mind and spirit.  Benefits of Transformative Writing:
