About the event
At Carolina Breast Friends, we believe in creating space for the full spectrum of the human experience—including the conversations that are often the hardest to have.
In this gentle and thoughtfully guided session, participants will be introduced to the role of a death doula and the wide range of compassionate support options available at the end of life. Together, we’ll explore how bringing awareness and intention to this stage of life can create a sense of peace, dignity, and connection.
There will also be an opportunity—if you feel comfortable—to share and reflect on the cultural discomfort and personal emotions that can arise when talking about death. This is a safe, supportive space where you are invited to engage at your own pace, with no expectation to share.
