METster Education: Woodland Wildlife at Reedy Creek ParkJoin fellow METsters for a powerful and immersive educational session in the heart of nature. This program, led by Reedy Creek Park educators, will take you beyond the basics of terrific turkeys, slithering snakes, and fantastic foxes to explore the fascinating world of the Piedmont’s most elusive woodland animals.
Together, we’ll examine skins and skulls, compare diets, and discover the unique adaptations that help these creatures thrive. Weather permitting, we’ll also head outside for a short walk to explore how these animals interact with their environment.
