Harmony Within: A Journey of Sound, Movement, and Healing

Join us for a group experience guided by Ana Lucía Divins, where you'll have the opportunity to lean into the therapeutic and healing power of sound, music, and movement promoting relaxation and a renewed sense of peace.      

• In this session, you will:

  • Be guided through a series of processing techniques using breath, movement, visualization and voice to help you feeling more centered and grounded. 

  • Feel empowered to use some of these exercises at home as part of your regular routines to help you improve health and wellbeing.  

  • Conclude with a deep, restorative sound bath infused with Reiki energy, where you will be enveloped by the ethereal voice of Ana Lucía, accompanied by the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain sticks, and other soothing instruments.
