Breathe In Joy, Breathe Out the Old: Qigong for Mental Renewal


Join us for a gentle, grounding virtual Qi Gong session designed to support the body, calm the nervous system, and restore energy. This beginner-friendly class is perfect whether you are brand new to Qi Gong or looking for a simple, accessible practice you can return to again and again.


Qi Gong is a centuries-old mind-body practice that combines slow, intentional movement, breathwork, and focused awareness to encourage balance, circulation, and overall well-being. Movements can be done standing or seated, and modifications are always offered—making this class supportive for all bodies and energy levels.


Led by Julia Schmidt, a longtime Qi Gong practitioner and facilitator, this session emphasizes:

  • Gentle movement to release tension

  • Breath awareness to calm the mind
