About the event
Regular Exercise is so important for a healthy body and mind! Commit to join this walking group and kickstart your day! Enjoy the Community of Survivors, these special connections lead to lifelong friendships! The walking loop will be a minimum of 1 mile, and for those looking for more, you can continue to add more loops to your routine. Bring a water bottle with you!
If you have recently had surgery or treatment, please check with your Doctor to confirm you are ready for this level of activity.
Walking with My Breast Friends t-shirts are given to Survivors & Co-Survivors that attend this meet-up. (Availability of sizes may be limited)
If you are exhibiting any signs or symptoms of illness, we kindly request that you refrain from participating in in-person sessions for the well-being of everyone involved.
