About the event
Has your breast tissue ever felt tender, swollen or full of fluid, sensitive, lumpy, bumpy, or ropey either naturally or because of surgery? Breast Tissue Lymphatics can help. This one-on-one session will help your breast tissue and its surrounding area stay well-drained, supple & soft. ou will learn about the structure of this important area, so that you can better understand how the lymphatic system works and what techniques work to benefit the lymphatic drainage in your breast tissue. The techniques that you will learn are gentle, simple & effective. These techniques will be personalized to your specific needs. You will feel empowered and be able to take care of your own body in the long run. During this one-on-one session, you have the option of staying dressed or undressing from the waist up. If you stay dressed, you will be asked to keep you top on, but remove your bra or any other restrictive clothing under your top. Please wear a top made of a soft fabric like a plain t-shirt that is loose and comfortable. Some light oil may be applied to prevent your skin from stretching or turning red. Also, be sure to come to this one-on-one session well hydrated, because you will become thirsty when we use techniques to improve the lymph drainage in the breast area. Please bring 2 hand towels and a water bottle with you to this session.
