About the event

Join our low-impact class that combines ballet, yoga, and Pilates to help you tone your muscles, enhance your core strength, and improve your balance. We are offering two 45-minute sessions back-to-back, and you can sign up for one session. Each session can accommodate up to 10 people. If you want to bring a guest, kindly register them separately.

Instructor Bio:

Suzy Marshall is an oncology nurse, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, and yogi who uses an integrative and holistic approach to wellness to achieve harmony in our minds and bodies. As such she incorporates various elements of movement to build on skill and strength. The ultimate goal is to find joy and confidence in movement.

NOTE: We are thrilled to announce a new partnership between Cornwell Center. We're launching a specially designated workout space at Cornwell Center. You must be 8 weeks post surgery to join workout classes. 

Directions from Carolina Breast Friends to Cornwell Center:

  1. Head west on Morehead Street.
  2. Continue straight to stay on Morehead Street for approximately 2 miles.
  3. Turn left onto Selwyn Avenue.
  4. Continue on Selwyn Avenue for about 1 mile.
  5. Cornwell Center will be on your right.
