Join us for a one-of-a-kind therapeutic release session! The Pumpkin Smash Bash. This event is all about breaking free and finding joy in the release—because sometimes the best way to move forward is to smash what holds us back!


Notes:

  • This event is taking place OUTSIDE

  • The event will be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather.

  • Dress is your best fall attire (and in the case of high temps, dress accordingly, we do live in NC, you never know this time of year!)
