NC State Research Study: Custom-Fit Bra & Breast Form Design Workshop

Carolina Breast Friends is partnering with North Carolina State University on an exciting research opportunity focused on improving comfort, fit, and personalization for breast cancer Survivors through custom-fit bra and breast form (padding) design.

Participants will take part in a 45-minute to 1-hour small group workshop and a 10–20-minute private 3D body scanning session designed to help researchers better understand fit, comfort, and design needs following breast cancer treatment.

As part of the study, participants will be scanned in the breast area twice—once with a bra and once without.

Please wear or bring the breast form and bra you find most comfortable or satisfactory.

This study follows IRB-approved research procedures, and consent information will be reviewed in person prior to participation.
