Carolina Breast Friends offers 25 - 30 sessions each month for women and men experiencing breast cancer, regardless of where they are in their journey. Most of these programs take place at the Pink House at 1607 E. Morehead Street, and all are free to anyone who has or is experiencing breast cancer.
Sessions fall into the areas Wellbeing, Self-Image, Support, Nutrition, and Education.
A centerpiece of our monthly activities are two of the sessions in our Support Program: Survivors' Night and Young Survivors' Night. They provide a chance to connect, share, empower, and laugh with a safe and supportive circle of people who understand your experience. Click here to read a recent article about these sessions.
Survivors' Night is the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 6:00-8:30PM
Young Survivors' Night is the 1st Thursday of every month from 6:00-:30PM
We also have recurring yoga, cooking, strength training, Healing Touch, and Be You Be Beautiful sessions, plus so much more!
Are you looking for a program in Spanish? La Casa Rosada con Latinas meets the latst Thursday of every month from 5:30-6:30PM. All Spanish-speaking breast cancer survivors are welcome. See the Calendar of Events for details.
