Now Hiring | Director, Programs & Volunteers

It is with a mixture of sadness and excitement that we announce Carrie Williams, Director of Programs & Volunteers, has resigned from her position at Carolina Breast Friends.

Carrie

It is an understatement to say that Carrie has been a tremendous asset to our organization over the past year. She has introduced several new and innovative programs for our Survivors & Thrivers and established a robust group of volunteers and volunteer opportunities. We will miss Carrie's passion and empathy, but are going to be her biggest cheerleaders as she begins her next chapter with the Nothing Pink organization as their Director of Operations. Nothing Pink is a nonprofit serving the hereditary breast and ovarian cancer community that Carrie has been closely connected with for six years, and one that shares her own personal journey with. Fortunately for us, that role will keep her closely connected to CBF.

Carrie's last day will be on Saturday, March 25, the day that we are hosting the "Bring Your Lifesavers to the Pink House" as part of our Co-Survivor Connections program. Please join us for this fun day of activities for Survivors & Thrivers and their loved ones and take an opportunity to wish Carrie the best.
