What are our Young Survivors gatherings about?
The Young Survivors group encompasses the whole person--body, mind and spirit. Enjoy connection with other Young Survivors and Mentors who have walked down the treatment and recovery road. We understand it takes more than medicine to get well and stay well. It takes comfort and hope during one of the most challenging experiences of our lives. We are full of passion and energy, with a vision for wellness!
Sometimes we'll meet in person. Sometimes we'll meet virtually. Sometimes we'll explore a topic. Sometimes we'll just socialize. But ALWAYS, we'll enjoy positive support and uplifting connection!
Sessions are open to anyone living with breast cancer but emphasize support for those 45 years and younger.
NOTE: This session will be delivered online using Zoom. You can participate using your computer, smartphone, or tablet. There is no cost involved or software to load. All you need is the meeting link and password, which we will provide via email confirmation when you register (using the button at the top of this session description). We suggest using the meeting link a few minutes prior to the start time of the session. If you don't receive a confirmation email from us within an hour of registering, please check your SPAM folder or email cbf@carolinabreastfriends.org
