Session Description:

Please join us as we introduce Fascial Stretch Therapy to the Pink House.    It is an assisted mobility and stretching technique, performed only by licensed professionals.   It helps to improve circulation, range of motion, and muscle function as well as reduce or eliminate pain and soreness. It can also aid in recovery and sleep.

 

Instructor Bio: 

Brittany Hill, DPT, PT, MS CES, FST lvl 1-2

Brittany is a physical therapist working in the Charlotte community! Due to personal and family reasons, she has been involved in the oncology community for years.   Her passion is to help ease pain, combat stiffness and improve the effects of chemo, as well as promote pain free movement when possible.
