Session Description: Please welcome Dr Richard White for a virtual session on What's New, What Works, and What's Coming as it pertains to breast cancer. He has devoted his entire career to diseases of the breast, breast cancer surgery, clinical trials, immunology and the treatment of melanoma.
Dr Richard White is the Chief of Surgical Oncology at Levine Cancer Institute in Charlotte and the Co-Director of Levine's
melanoma and breast programs. He graduated from Columbia University in NY and did his Internship at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. In 1993, he completed a Fellowship at the National Cancer Institute with a specialty in Surgical Oncology and Immunology. He was awarded the coveted St George's Medal from the American Cancer Societ for contributions toward the fight against cancer. He is also on the list of Best Doctors of America.
