Please join us for a truly INSPIRATIONAL and MOTIVATIONAL session!!! Our speaker, Yvette Williams, believes that all women face challenges. She believes that what we do to feed our spirit will strengthen us inwardly, which will ultimately enhance us outwardly. In this virtual session, her goal is to encourage breast cancer Survivors to fight through the narratives that cause mental paralysis. She will also share tips on how to use dress and makeup to help increase our confidence so that we are feeling our confident best both inside and out.
Yvette Williams - A native of Chicago, Yvette Williams started her career as a professional singer, writing and recording music with local and national recording artists. At the same time, she was also working in corporate America, in the healthcare industry. Yvette has always been extremely interested in make up and beauty, so it was a privilege for her to work with Jeanne Braa Foster and the Eyes On Cancer program several years ago. Their mission was the prevention and early detection of skin cancer through education in the beauty and wellness industry.
We are Facing Challenges Together
The Young Survivors group encompasses the whole person--body, mind and spirit. We understand it takes more than medicine to get well and stay well. It takes comfort and hope during one of the most challenging experiences of our lives. We are full of passion and energy, with a vision for wellness!
