Please join Dr Lejla Hadzikadic-Gusic for an virtual talk on how Covid-19 has affected our breast cancer community. Even during a pandemic, women and men continue to be diagnosed with breast cancer, and may need surgery, chemotherapy or radiation. Dr Hadzikadic will have firsthand knowledge on how patients in our community have been affected by this virus.
Lejla Hadzikadic-Gusic, MD is a Surgical Oncology Specialist with Levine Cancer Institute. Dr Hadzikadic-Gusic completed her Fellowship in Breast Surgical Oncology at Magee Women's Hospital of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Her clinical interests include pre-menopausal breast cancer and breast cancer in young women as well as the nipple sparing mastectomy technique. She also has an interest in international women's healthcare in breast cancer.
