Session Description:

The lymphatic system is a crucial player in your body's ability to ward off disease and heal from injury. The lymphatic function supports every other system in the body, including the immune, digestive, detoxification, and nervous systems. In fact, many believe that poor lymph health underlies a host of conditions, from cellulite to cancer.  

For the first half hour, our expert, Renuka Hari, will share what you can do to ensure a healthier lymph system, with practical demonstrations.

Then, you have Questions? We have Answers! We'll explain all of the following and more...

• What happens when your lymphatic system malfunctions?
• How can I improve my lymphatic system?
• What causes blockages in the lymphatic system?
• How can I make my swollen lymph nodes go down?
• What are the early signs of lymphedema?

NOTE: This session will be delivered online using Zoom. You can participate using your computer, smartphone, or tablet. There is no cost involved nor software to load. Instructor Bio: 

Renuka Hari, Massage Therapist       
Renuka Hari is a massage therapist with 11 years of experience.    She is Board Certified at the national level and is a preferred provider at S4OM - Society for Oncology Massage.   She has also been a certified Oncology Esthetician for the last 5 years.    Her specialities include Integrative Massage (using an East-West "Wholistic" approach)  and also Oncology Massage and Lymphatic Drainage for both pre/post surgical patients.     She works closely with both oncologists and plastic surgeons.     She is also certifed in Breast Tissue Massage, Care & Education.     

Having lost both of her parents to cancer, Renuka is committed to and passionate about helping others with cancer through the use of massage, skincare, yoga, meditation and her knowledge of Ayurveda.
