Young Survivor Night - Dance/Fitness - LIMITED SPOTS!

Session Description:

The Goddess Twerkshop is a dance class where women learn a short choreographed dance routine. Each class has a theme to encourage a growth mindset and healthy behavior. It includes breathing, positive affirmations, warm up and choreography for beginners and intermediate learners. The class incorporates the mind, body, and spirit to empower women to step into thier Goddess Energy. Class runs 1-1.5 hours.

NOTE: This session will be delivered in person at The Pink House.  Parking is available behind The Pink House.

Instructor Bio: 

Professionally Dr. Afif is a Licensed Behavior Specialist. Passionately she is a speaker, author, and Behavior Coach for Superwomen. Creatively Dr. Afif is a fashionista, poet, and dance queen. Her company The Behavioral Wealth Project LLC promotes healthy cycles of behavior through workshops, books, coaching, speaking and dance classes. As a Licensed Behavior Specialist, Dr. Radhia understands the importance of holistic wellness and incorporates connections with the mind, body, and spirit in her work. She cultivates a safe and welcoming space for women of all ages, shapes, and sizes.
