Session Description:

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Therapeutic music is live music specifically tailored to the individual's
immediate need. This modality is an art that is based on the science of sound, and it uses the inherent healing elements of live music, sound and vibrations to promote self-healing by bringing the body, mind and soul into balance.
During this energy healing session, Ana Lucia Divins, a Therapeutic Singer and a Certified Reiki Practitioner, connects with your healing intentions and shares with you Reiki energy and healing music channeled with those intentions at the center of the session. First, she uses Reiki energy through her hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support self-healing. As part of the session, intuitively through her therapeutic singing, she also transmits energetic vibrations with the purpose of supporting your overall healing process.

What to expect?

The session starts with a few minutes to check-in, talking about your healing intentions for the session and providing a moment for you to fully arrive. You will then lay on a massage table, fully clothed. For the duration of your session, Ana Lucia works with the Reiki energy by hovering her hands over your body and applying gentle touch (if you are comfortable with touch). As part of the session she will also sing what is coming through for you in a therapeutic way. A combination of soothing melodies, humming sounds and some songs. The energies she transmits are beautiful and uplifting, full of grounding love, tranquility and peace. At the end of the session, she spends a few minutes wrapping up the session and allowing a moment for integration.

Practitioner Bio: 

 

Ana Lucía Divins is a therapeutic singer, a certified Reiki practitioner and the founder of Azul Healing. Ana Lucía has been singing since she can remember. Throughout years of performing in the community sharing her voice through song, she witnessed the sacred and healing power of music, sound and
connection and what began as a process of creative expression and self-healing led her to a serendipitous path of personal and professional transformation into sound and therapeutic music studies, achieving certifications as: Therapeutic Singer (Certified Music Practitioner by the Music for Healing and Transition Program), and Reiki Practitioner (by the Usui/Holly Fire® Reiki
Systems of Healing) to fully accept the gift of channeling high-vibrational healing music. After much discernment and guided by a higher Divine purpose, she journeyed out of her
corporate career and founded Azul Healing to support the healing process of many with therapeutic music and healing vibrations.
Ana Lucia has had extensive experience providing therapeutic music to staff at Atrium Health and to cancer patients from the Carolina Breast Friends program (Latin-American support group) and Wellness House of Annapolis. Currently and in addition to her private sessions, she offers therapeutic music to residents of the Assisted Living Facility Asbury of Aldersgate and to patients
and family members of Hospice and Palliative Care of Cabarrus County.
People who have experienced her healing sessions describe them as highly soothing, cathartic, and transformational.
