Zumba® is a total workout that combines all elements of fitness- cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility while using latin and world rhythms to help you get your sweat on.
This class is offered FREE to anyone with a breast cancer diagnosis at any stage of their journey, as well as Survivor's family and friends.
Phylicia McCargo developed a passion for Zumba® back in college at the University of Delaware where she received her Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management . When she moved to Charlotte in 2018, she knew it was her destiny to teach what she was passionate about and also begin a career in real estate, since she had always had an interest in the field. Her goal was to increase the popularity of Zumba® by demonstrating to her students that it's their class not hers, and if they're having fun and getting a great sweat on, then that's all that matters. When she's not teaching, she puts on my realtor's hat! She is a North Carolina Realtor ® with Allen Tate Realtors, LLC and she serves the Charlotte area. She loves working with people and helping them in any way that she can. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time at home with her family.
