About the MBC Impact Series
Join us for the 2021 MBC Impact Series! This FREE monthly event series provides people living with metastatic breast cancer and their loved ones a safe, collaborative space to gather information related to MBC and discover practical resources to help make decisions for improved physical and emotional health. Dr. Abenaa Brewster will discuss MBC topics unique to the Black community, including triple negative breast cancer, which is a subtype that tends to occur more often in Black women. You'll also hear directly from MBC patients sharing their experiences in a clinical trial and advocating for themselves, and a presentation on the importance of taking care of your mental health.
