Survivor Nights
Attending Survivor Nights at the Pink House provides you a wonderful opportunity to network with other Survivors and hear an informative talk on topics tailored to meet the needs and interests of Breast Cancer Survivors. The meeting is led by a professional speaker. The first 30 minutes of our meeting is a great opportunity to meet and connect with other Survivors.  Survivors of all ages are welcome.

Young Survivors Group
Young Survivors are often at a different place in their lives than older Survivors trying to juggle career, children, spouse/partner along with a diagnosis of breast cancer.  Being able to talk with other Survivors about challenges such as fertility, early menopause, managing young children, marriage and sex can be helpful.  Young Survivors will find support, insight and understanding that only a fellow breast cancer Survivor can provide. (This is for Survivors under 45)

Restorative Yoga
This class is designed for beginners. The instructor gently guides you to a relaxing posture and the primary focus is to encourage relaxation

Yoga for Recovery & Beyond
The yoga poses in this class incorporate a special series of poses that will increase flexibility, bring healing energy to the areas that need it most, calm the nervous system, and relax the mind and body

Healing Touch
Healing Touch uses the gift of touch to influence the human energy system, specifically the energy field that surrounds the body, and the energy centers that control the flow from the energy field to the physical body.

Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands -on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore function. Treatment session is performed directly on skin without oils or creams. This enables the therapist to accurately detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia.

Be You, Be Beautiful
This program is a fun way to help our Sisters learn beauty options during ALL stages. Such as: Wigs and Brows, Facials and Skin Care, Massage, Essential Oils, Extensions, Spa Night in August Workshop, Nail care and nail bar, Lashes and Wigs. We want to inspire, educate and share helpful options.
1st Tuesday of every month

The Lymph System and your Health
For the first half hour, the instructor will share what you can do to ensure a healthier lymph system, then will demonstrate. The lymphatic function supports every other system in the body, including the immune, digestive, detoxification and nervous systems.
3rd Thursday of the month

Nutritional Mix
Every attendee will feel knowledgeable, confident and hopeful after a wellness program. This program offers an invaluable mix of helpful resources and nutritional facts to help guide Survivors through their wellness journey

Working with your New Body: Strength Training with Confidence
This is a 60 minute class set to fun, upbeat music designed to introduce proper strength training techniques. This class focuses on opening up the chest wall, strengthen the back, core and glute muscles, using light weights and resistance bands. Class will finish up focusing on balance and flexibility

Pink House Kitchen Is Open:
Making delicious recipes for YOU to take home
This is a 60 minute cooking class. Chef Laura Coleman preps healthy meals with you to take home.

Oncology Massage
Oncology massage is the modification of existing massage therapy techniques in order to safely work with complications of cancer and cancer treatment.
3rd Wednesday of every month

La Casa Rosada Con Latinas 'Latinas at the Pink House'
La Casa Rosada Con Latinas reaches and empowers the Latin Community who are affected by breast cancer.
This program is focuses on various topics, activities and interests tailored to meet the needs of the Latina Breast Cancer Survivor and their Co-Survivors.
